Just when you thought you had a breather to think straight after the Holidays, Gay Beach comes right back at ya with another zinger. Today, the wonderful comedian, deep thinker, inventor, massage therapist Bobby Tisdale comes down to the program!
I met Bobby when he was hosting his comedy program, Invite Them Up in the East Village, it's kind of how I started rolling with all the best thinking minds in New York. He hasn't been down to the show in almost four years and we're all very excited about his appearance today. Most recently you may have seen him in the new Sony commercial starring Peyton Manning and Justin Timberlake. Just love hearing his Southern Accent blast on my sweet audio system!
Mr. Tisdale has also started hosting another comedy night in Greenpoint Brooklyn called Wards of Merkin. This show has a little more intimacy to it and entails wearing a pubed loincloth around his waist during the show! He's had such comics as Jim Gaffigan, Andrea Rosen, Jon Glaser, Andy Blitz, Kumail Nanjiani, Zach Galifianakis and so many many more! -Tedward
