Frank Restaurant�s 10-Year Anniversary Rocks Out

A packed house of NYC ramblers, shakers, scenesters, and Frank regulars celebrated the 10-year anniversary of the Italian restaurant�s first decade in business at The Delancey Sunday night. This was a classic blowout in true downtown style, featuring DJ Sergio Vega of Baller's Eve and other EVR DJs spinning to a jampacked dancefloor, with Frank Catering dishing out a full-blown Roman-style barbecue, including a suckling pig, Risotto Milanese, and free booze flowing on the rooftop deck. The night was capped off with the live sounds of headliners Changing Holes rising up through the basement floorboards, spitting out a raved-up version of the Van Halen classic �Everybody Wants Some�, backed by the unmistakable vocal stylings of Mr. Frank Prisinzano himself. Based on the crowd reaction, everybody got some. �Everything was tasty�the food, the dancing girls, and especially the tunes,� said Louis Epstein, lead singer of local indie rock band General Assembly. Other highlights included all-night Punk Metal Karaoke, screamo favorites Gay for Johnny Depp and I Hate Our Freedom, plus Brazilian carnival dancers, instant photos, and an all-night open bar.

HEATHER HUNTER INTERVIEW ON BALLERS EVE

This week Baller's Eve had the pleasure of a call from Heather Hunter former pornographic actress, who is now a hip hop artist, painter, and author. Heather talked to the boys about everything from her late teens dancing at the Latin Quarter, her past in the adult entertainment industry, her art gallery ARTCORE in Brooklyn, her 2005 release "Double H: The Unexpected" and more! DJ JAGUAR SKILLS GUESTS ON NOHOS BORED WEDNESDAY JULY 16 8-10PM

Tomorrow at 9pm, NoHos Bored will be visited by the UK's own DJ Jaguar Skills, who spins regularly on BBC1XTRA with Trevor Nelson, on his first trip to the States! He's an internationally known hip-hop and mash-up DJ, having released a mixtape in 2006 entitled "A Hip-Hop Odyssey 1979-2006" which covers 800 tracks of hip-hop history in under an hour! After honing his DJ skills playing parties in East London�s coolest underground clubs and bars, Jaguar Skills developed his own brand of party music. Mixing Hip-Hop, Dance, Dub, Disco, Ragga and Rock with his own productions and remixes, Jaguar Skills quickly made a name for himself, smashing party after party. On the production side he has currently produced tracks with Lupe Fiasco, Sway, The Beatnuts and Mattafix � while his remixes have been the prize passion of any DJ who owns them. After the show he'll be DJing across the street at a party called Strictly Social, then making a rash of appearances around the isle through the weekend! He's performing at 3 spots...
