EVERYTHING IN TIME

djcenter_story

The Main Ingredient, hosted by Jon Oliver, features international future soul, hip-hop and electronic music, with an extra dose of soul and funk fundamentals. DJ Center “soul travels,” navigating audiences from behind a wheel of hip-hop and jazz, hard-bop and boom-bap. Center is about to release his new LP Everything in Time — and the party goes live at Midnight ET, on Tuesday, Feb 9.

Center’s soulful, feel-good sound has led him to gigs with artists including Talib Kweli, Rob Swift, ?uestlove, Pete Rock, Grandmaster Flash, J. Rawls and Eric Roberson, but 2010 marks Center’s debut as producer with his new LP Everything in Time, which drops, we’re happy to report, on Tuesday as well.

“My head is more global than ever… my favorite artists are across the continents… and my album reflects that same pocket and vision.”

Everything in Time presents collaborations with some of the finest vocalists and musicians from around the world, and its underlying essence is timeless music.
