Guests last night! TRAXX and BEAU WANZER

Thanks for tuning in to last night's show, unfortunately the main Mackie mixer crapped out mid way through, so the show is shorter than usual. Good thing is that Beau played a great set prior to that, and by the time it was fixed, Melvin aka Traxx was also able to play a superb set during the last 30 minutes. I'll definitely have them guest again next time they are in town!

November 29th Show

I had a special guest last week, Alessandro from Mannequin (Italy). He played all the tracks from his upcoming Danza Meccanica compilation LP.  This is a great release featuring tracks from the Italian underground synth wave scene between 1982-1987 and has been in the works for 5 years now! Be sure to check it out when it's released in the coming weeks via Mannequin Mailorder.

Interview with French legends D.Stop

Check the latest show, August 23, 2009 for an interview with Jean-Christophe of D.Stop from Orléans, France. One of the best cold wave outfits of the early 80s, they referred to their music as 'Tekno-punk' after the Screamers, who were labeled 'techno punk' by the Los Angeles Times in 1978.
